4. Payment Terms

- Payment schedule: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Late payment penalties may apply
4.1 Pricing and Estimates
All service estimates provided by Gardener Yeading are based on the information available at the time. Significant changes or additional work may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and consented to before proceeding.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total service cost.
5.1 Emergency Situations
In cases of emergency, Gardener Yeading will do its best to accommodate immediate service requests. Standard cancellation policies may be adjusted based on circumstances.
6. Liability and Indemnity
Gardener Yeading strives to perform services with the utmost care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen damages resulting from the natural growth process of plants or unforeseen site conditions. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Gardener Yeading harmless from any claims arising from the use of our services.

Gardener Yeading maintains appropriate insurance coverage to protect against accidental damage or injury occurring during the provision of services. Specific coverage details can be provided upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and documentation provided by Gardener Yeading are the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
7.1 Usage Rights
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the provided designs for the intended purposes related to their property only.
8. Privacy Policy
